International Food & Drink Festival

This event will make you wonder why life doesn’t involve more flaky pastry and live music. A lively celebration of Latin American culture, the festival brings together delicious empanada styles from across the continent, along with music, laughter, and the sort of warm community atmosphere that encourages you to stay for “just one more.”

Colombian culture on full display, this joyful celebration brings together authentic cuisine, music, and heritage in a lively atmosphere. Now in its 10th year, it blends live performances, rich culinary traditions, and a strong sense of community into one proudly Colombian experience.

Five days. Endless ribs. London Ribfest is back with smoky, slow-cooked perfection from award-winning pitmasters across North America. Grab a rack (or two), pair it with fresh lemonade or local craft beer, and settle in for live music, carnival vibes, and summer at its sauciest.

Where: Hyde Park Village Green
A one-day summer gathering in Hyde Park that turns into a cheerful excuse to linger a little longer outdoors. Full of music, community energy, and just enough activity to make you feel like you’ve “done something” while still mostly enjoying the sun. Whether you’re there for nature, tunes, or simply the social science of a good day out, it’s an easygoing tradition that brings everyone together without trying too hard about it.

Where: Good Foundation Theatre - Market Lane
Free concerts all summer long featuring everything from jazz to indie folk. One of the most charming ways to stumble into music on your way to get ice cream.
Springbank Garden Concert Series
When: June 21–September 6 (Sunday afternoons from 2-4 pm)
Where: Guy Lombardo Pavilion - Springbank Gardens
A relaxed tradition featuring a rotating lineup of some of the finest musicians in the London area, spanning a new genre each week. These free concerts invite you to bring your own chair, settle in, and let the music drift through the gardens while the afternoon quietly slips away.
The Aeolian Hall Summer Music Festival
When: June 25–28

Four days of sun-drenched music, featuring headliner performances from Jeremy Ledbetter Trio, Tom Lavin & The Legendary Powder Blues, Jim Cuddy Trio, and Monkey House, alongside free daytime lounge sets that make it easy to drop in, settle back, and let the music take over the afternoon.

50 years in and still refusing to sit still, this festival keeps the good ideas coming; live Canadian music across the genres, a juried craft show packed with everything from pottery to gourmet temptations, and a steady hum of artistry that makes it feel less like an event and more like a very well-dressed village that knows how to have a good time.

Two days of sun-drenched escape energy, where Afro house rhythms set the pace and everything else - cocktails, Mexican flavours, pop-ups, and surprise moments - falls effortlessly into step. Think open-air, Tulum-inspired atmosphere that makes it very easy to forget what day it is, and even easier to stay for just one more drink, one more track, one more hour.
For Culture Seekers
From Pride flags to pan flutes, taste the world and celebrate every colour of community; no boarding pass required.

London’s largest grassroots multicultural event brings together global performances, cultural displays, artisan vendors, and mouthwatering international eats.

Back for its 5th year, this Wortley Village celebration turns the neighbourhood into a bright, family-friendly burst of colour, connection, and community spirit. A day built on love, inclusivity, and joy, it’s the kind of gathering where everyone is invited, everyone belongs, and the whole thing feels like a shared exhale into summer.

Where: Victoria Park
A 30th annual gathering rooted in reflection, celebration, and community, bringing people together in honour of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis cultures. The day unfolds with ceremony, song, dance, food, and craft vendors alongside community voices and services, creating a welcoming space where families and friends can come together, learn, and share in a spirit of solidarity and respect.

Where: Various locations across the city, with main events at Victoria Park on July 17–19
This multi-day celebration of 2SLGBTQIA+ pride and community features drag shows, art exhibitions, live music, and more. The festival culminates in the Pride Parade on Sunday, July 19, starting at noon, followed by entertainment in Victoria Park. Bonus: the energy is unmatched, and love is absolutely everywhere.

A celebration of Caribbean music, fashion, and food with headlining artists, bold colours, and nonstop dancing. Bonus: incredible jerk chicken and rum punch.

London Fiesta Extravaganza 2026
When: August 14–16

A joyful celebration of Filipino heritage with cultural shows, community booths, and more pancit than you could possibly eat (but you’ll try).

Where: Meadowlily Nature Reserve
A meadow-side celebration of butterflies and the quiet science of noticing things properly, where families can learn to gently catch, observe, and identify these delicate visitors before sending them back on their way with help from butterfly expert Dr. Nusha Keyghobadi and her Western University students. Alongside the fieldwork, there are crafts, games, and the chance to make native wildflower seed balls to invite more butterflies into your own backyard.

A screen-free summer celebration built for families and kids to play, laugh, and get gloriously offline for a while, featuring everything from magicians and ventriloquists to authors, storm chasers, and high-energy kids’ performers. Held indoors with outdoor games to keep things moving, it’s a full day of hands-on fun, unexpected entertainment, and even a pet fashion show; proof that the internet can take a day off and nobody will miss it.
