Pick up and transport to purchase a city bus pass.
Pick up and transport from bridge housing location to long-term housing accommodation
Assistance with arranging rental deposits when properties do not accept wire transfers or credit cards (please note that banking fees apply).
Pick up and transport to grocery store - including speciality grocery stores
Pick up and transport to Ministry of Transportation for license exchange.**
Pick up and transport to register for Social Insurance Card.
Custom virtual viewing for a select apartment - includes photos and videos of unit and building.***
Pre-arrival key pick up and delivery service for late arrivals when the rental office is closed.

* Furniture transportation is not included in the concierge program. If you require assistance with moving furniture, we are happy to refer Brawny Movers and City Centre Storage for in-city moving help.
** Please note that due to long wait periods, if you wish to use your concierge for this, you must arrive at the Ministry of Transportation no later than 8:30 am to avoid a long wait and exhausting your allotted time.
*** Due to privacy legislation the apartment must be vacant in order to take photos/videos.
