The position
Are you an organized, tech-savvy professional with a passion for creating seamless systems and delivering exceptional client experiences? Join our fast-paced relocation consultancy as a Project Coordinator, where your skills in communication, customer service, and project management will make a real impact.
Part-time with potential to become Full-time (approx 15 - 20 hrs/ week).
JOB DESCRIPTION
As our Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. You’ll work closely with our team and clients to ensure everything from home searches to settlement services runs like clockwork. You'll also be responsible for optimizing, tracking and managing our workflows in Monday.com, our central project management platform.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement, and continuously refine workflows and automations within Monday.com to support service delivery and operational efficiency
Track and monitor individual client journeys, ensuring each stage of the relocation process is progressing smoothly
Provide ad hoc administrative support to relocation coaches to help keep services on schedule and clients informed
Coordinate relocation support services, acting as a key point of contact for clients and service partners
Ensure timely follow-up and completion of tasks, keeping projects on track and team members informed
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and proactive support
Track progress and generate reports to support data-driven decision making
SALARY AND BENEFITS
$20-$24 per hour, depending on experience.
Hybrid (90% Remote / 10% In person).
The ideal candidate
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong expertise in Monday.com, including workflow design, automation, dashboards, integrations, and user training
Proven experience in project coordination or operations, ideally in a service-based or client-facing business
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
A natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset with a calm, confident presence in high-touch interactions
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Experience in relocation services, HR support, client onboarding or real estate administration;
Familiarity with other tools we use (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom)
